Burst, Crit, Charge, Active, Repeat. Dracul’s value as an Expedition hero is very high and he still makes a great clean-up hero, his offensive role is limited. It’s inefficient to count on a second Impale in any given fight, so focus on the first one. Easy Hail runes give Dracul a bit of utility outside of magic DPS.
